Fruits and Vegetables – our fight against cancer


Here we again have another article from BBC News. Clare Murphy, its Health reporter brings us the result of a recent research conducted by the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in New York.

The study says eating more fruit and vegetables has only a modest effect on protecting against cancer.

The article does not say eating fruits and vegetables is of no benefits at all. Read the article below and see for yourself how these natural food still provides prevention.
