An Australian research claims that the dangers of passive smoking are now accepted beyond doubt – but what about ‘particle smoking’? It states that even if adults step outside for a cigarette, children are risk from nicotine particles being carried back into homes on parents’ clothes and hair. It says small residual traces of nicotine in the air are enough to cause an increased risk of respiratory problems in children.
The report in the journal, Indoor Air, calls parents to quit the habit. Interesting! So, fathers and mothers who smoke, you can still still cause respiratory problems in your children even if you don’t smoke in your own homes. Help create a healthy environment for the children.
For the sake of your children, give up smoking altogether!
